The living room & fireplace
A vast, light-filled living room opening onto the terraces through a glazed arch, arranged around a linear fireplace. Deep bouclé seating, wool rugs and exposed olive-wood beams.
A 520 sqm stone mas, six en-suite bedrooms, a 17-metre heated pool and 2.5 hectares of olive groves, facing the Alpilles range. Everything is included: breakfast, daily housekeeping, concierge.
Set on the heights between Eygalières and Maussane-les-Alpilles, Le Pas du Loup sits in a landscape of rare intensity. The property overlooks a valley of centuries-old olive trees and faces the limestone crests of the Alpilles Regional Nature Park.
Fully restored, the mas marries the authentic character of stone — arches, vaults, antique beams — with the most discreet contemporary comfort. The volumes are generous, light pours through, and every opening frames the landscape.
No neighbours in sight, a private gate, a cypress-lined drive: privacy here is complete. Hiking trails start from the estate, and the village is a five-minute drive away.
Two floors, a vaulted cellar level and wide covered terraces: the house works just as well for twelve as for two, in the shade of the plane trees or by the fireside.
A vast, light-filled living room opening onto the terraces through a glazed arch, arranged around a linear fireplace. Deep bouclé seating, wool rugs and exposed olive-wood beams.
Terracotta swivel chairs, an upright piano and large paper pendants: a space for conversation, reading or a drink before dinner.
A large oval table for twelve, opening level with the terrace and framed by steel windows onto the Alpilles range.
Fully equipped, with a central island, stone worktop and breakfast counter. Designed for cooking together — or for welcoming a private chef.
A separate room with a large screen and second fireplace, corner sofas and a beamed ceiling: the retreat for naps and film nights.
A glazed sauna with ambient lighting and an equipped gym, freely available throughout your stay. After a hike, before the pool.
A glazed, softly lit vaulted stone cellar where the wines of the Baux valley rest. A tasting room as much as a cellar.
Under the reed pergola, a table for twelve facing the Alpilles. By the water, the pool house and its summer kitchen: plancha, gas barbecue, sink, fridge, a long table and an open-air lounge for the end of the day.
A 17 × 4.5 m heated salt-water pool, a covered pool house with bar, eight sun loungers, a hammock, a pétanque court and a children's play area.

“In the morning, only the cicadas break the silence. In the evening, the sun drops behind the ridges and sets the stone alight.”Le Pas du Loup, Alpilles

The second master suite: generous volumes, its own dressing room and a large arched window onto the garden. Private bathroom with both a tub and a walk-in shower.
Under an olive-wood beam, in sand and linen tones: a soft, light-filled room with its own shower room and walk-in shower.
On the garden level, with a full-height window framing the olive grove and the sunset over the Alpilles. Private terrace and direct garden access.
An open stone-and-wood shower room with a walk-in shower, upholstered headboard and French windows onto the terrace and the garrigue.
A shower room with a walk-in shower closed by a sliding glass partition, and the morning sunrise filtering through the pines.
